Don’t
forget to mark your calendars for February 24th, from
10AM to 2PM for the next OnRequest™ Customer
Conference. The conference will be held at the Richfield School
District administrative office located at 7001 Harriet Avenue
South. The best approach is to use I –494 and take the Lyndale
exit. Proceed north to W. 70th Street and turn right. Proceed
to Harriet Avenue and turn right. The High School and Admin offices
are on your left (east) side.
This
conference will focus on a presentation and discussion of our
new product, NetRequest™, and a presentation
by Kraus-Andersen Facilities Group showing innovative
ways to incorporate standard MS Office™ programs using the
data stored in your OnRequest™ project.
We
are excited to give you a small preview of NetRequest™
- and look forward to answering any questions you may have regarding
the NetRequest™ launch and implentation
at the Customer Conference!

Using
OnRequest™ to help prepare long-range planning
budgets
for roofing, floor coverings and painting projects:
APT,
Inc. has developed new and simplified records for tracking costs
for capital improvements in these areas.
Most
districts have current surveys for these items so it is an easy
process to transfer this information to OnRequest™.
Using
roofs as an example, you will know the install date and estimated
life from a recent survey. Current replacement costs and a likely
inflationary factor (estimate) can be obtained from roofing contractors.
Input this information by roof panel and OnRequest™
will calculate the projected replacement cost from today until
replacement including inflation estimate.
In
one easy report, OnRequest™ can give you
projected capital improvement requirements for roofing year by
year for your entire district.
