OnRequest™ User's Conference

Make sure you mark your calendars for the next OnRequest™ User's Conference scheduled for Wednesday, June 16th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (lunch will be provided). ISD 196 Rosemount - Apple Valley - Eagan Schools has offered to host the conference at their School of Environmental Studies in Apple Valley. Additional information will be mailed shortly from Kraus-Anderson Facilities Group, our partner for OnRequest™ support and implementation services.

The school is located on the Minnesota Zoo property. Consider dropping your family at the zoo for a few hours and then meeting them after the conference is over.

We occasionally get support calls from clients who cannot see icons that were recently placed into the drawing .... why is this happening? Often times it is a simple layer-ordering issue. When a new icon palette is brought in, the MODULE layers need to be manually re-ordered above the Space layer in the Layer dialog window.
