The Electrical feature tracks electrical circuits and allows the tracing of lines back to the devices they operated using a visual display of this information against the Floor Plan. Tracking the effect that a blown circuit panel or transformer will have on the facility is accomplished without disbursing personnel to physically examine the impact. Information regarding the type of device connected, model, serial number, maintenance and inspection dates are only a sample of information that is readily available.

Evaluations on a new brand of ballast, bulb or tube lighting can be achieved by generating a report showing how long they have been installed and the acquisition cost to determine thir cost performance against other brands.
