Details of plumbing fixtures and their location in the facility are readily available. Water and sewer lines, as well as shut off valves, are labeled for quick identification in case of emergency. Informaion relating to fixtures and plumbing items can be tracked by model number, vendor, acquisition date. warranty and tag numbers. Using the Floor Plan drawing to detrmine which devices are on which line, as well as the location and extant of the problem, one can isolate drain problems.

The Plumbing module tracks location and information such as make, model, serial number, maintenance status, required action, warranty and tag numbers for linking to the CMMS. Allows the linking of manuals and schematics to the icons for easy access by service personnel.
