already know OnRequest™ is the perfect tool to help you put together
emergency management plans. We are taking it
one step further for our customers by helping
them to complete the critical elements in their OnRequest™ projects if they aren’t complete, then
producing an emergency management binder. The
binder contains a CD for each building containing
all the critical information from OnRequest™ in PDF’s put into a point and click HTML
viewer. It also contains all the information
in laminated sheets for quick reference.
We
suggest a copy for each fire and police department
that serves your area as well as one for the
facilities department to utilize in case of
emergency.
A
good plan includes:

Floor plans with entrance designations and
room numbers.
• Fire evacuation routes with gathering
areas designated.
• Tornado shelter areas.
• Lockdown safe harbor areas and gathering/evacuation
areas designated.
• Fire extinguisher locations.
• Smoke and heat detector locations.
• Pull-station locations
• Enunciator panel locations.
• Emergency shut-off locations for electrical,
gas and water services.
• Hazardous material locations and type.
• Medical equipment locations and type.
• Security camera locations.
