1. What is On Request™?

OnRequest™ presents information graphically to show how critical facility management information is related to and flows from graphical objects. Facility architectural drawings store or link to database information that can be queried graphically or output to traditional tabular reports. Database information can be attached to any drawing object so that information can be extracted through simple point and click methods or powerful query capabilities. These powerful report writing and query features allow managers to retrieve and present information in graphical or tabular form.

3. Can I use OnRequest™ on my intranet or the internet?

For publication of information on the Internet or Intranet environments, OnRequest™ provides the capability for even casual users to navigate graphically to the objects they want to query and use point and click technology to view data or reports. Casual users can query information with no training required using common browser technology.

3. What is OnRequest™ View OR?

OnRequest™ ViewOR is currently being developed to shorten the learning curve for facility managers and administration by providing a "read-only" presentation of architectural plans, reports and images. The ViewOR will be available on the internet or by building on individual DVD or CD Rom. Ask us more about OnRequest™ ViewOR today!
