OnRequest™ Support: Archiving your OnRequest Project

Before copying the Project to your hard drive, please do the following preventative maintenance to your computer(s), wherever OnRequest™ is being used:

1. Using an archival program like "WinZip" (available for free on the Internet), compact all OnRequest™ Master Projects on any computers where they reside, including servers.

2. Move these archives to a remote storage system, like compact disc or Iomega Zip disk, etc.


You can now safely copy the OnRequest™ Master Project to your hard drive, or the server where it is normally used.

Be sure to "uncheck" the "Read Only" for all of the files within the OnRequest™ Master Project folder before using the Project.

ALWAYS be sure you have the latest PATCH installed on all of the computers using the OnRequest™ Master Project.
