You will receive a directory/folder containing several documents and files with your OnRequest project. Icon representations explain how the document, files and overall project are stored on your hard disk.

Project File - Each project has one project file. This file has the same name as your project. It contains the names of the drawings in the project and information about the database definition, report definitions and project-wide defaults. This file has a .app extension.

Drawing Files - OnRequest creates a document for each of the drawings in your project. These files have a .apd extension.

Database Files - Each drawing will have two database documents associated with it, one for the data and one for index information. The name of the database document is the same as the name of the drawing document with either the .dat or .idx extension appended to it.
