To
Select via Database:
• Select a record to search
• Select a field from the
record to search
• Select an operator
• Fill in the search expression
box with a value to be compared
to the record and field you have
chosen
• Click on the Select button
or click on the AND, OR buttons
to combine multiple search expressions
using and/or logic
• Select Clear/Add to/Refine
as desired to modify previous selections
– the default is Clear
